A New Way of Being

Our story continues as an adolescent species, a relatively new addition of form that has evolved out of the miraculous energetic event of the cosmos.  As we continue to awaken, we are discovering that we are making many mistakes along our journey and are consciously and unconsciously subscribing to many belief systems.  This documentary intends to illuminate how these belief systems offer to assume responsibility for  humans — effectively relieving us of our humanity by sheltering us from ourselves, our true nature, our ultimate potential.  This ensures that we will not have to face the truth and instead provides an opaque perception of reality, the veil of illusion.  A deeper insight into humanity's journey, however, reveals that we are actually born into this world equipped with everything we need except for the keys that will unlock the cavern of treasures that is the essence of our being.  As infants teeming with possibilities, the pervasive scourge of human ignorance — reflected by our modern industrial civilization — begins to atrophy our limitless powers, imagination and the infinite awareness that is our natural birthright.  Our language and culture inherently imply a false division between the objects of matter.  This gradually and steadily cements our most erroneous belief: that the self and the world are broken into separate fragments, while the collective awakening of humanity indicates that nothing could be farther from the truth.
